Job Title: Sales & Customer Support Executive
Location: 250CCA2, Sector D, DHA Phase 6, Lahore (On-site)
Gender Preference: Female
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: PKR 50,000 per position + 1.5% on revenue
Experience: 1–2 years
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Overview:
We are hiring a disciplined and communication-strong Sales & Customer Support Executive to manage leads, assist customers, and handle sales for mobility and rehabilitation products. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in English or Urdu.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, website, and social media
  • Perform daily follow-ups and maintain CRM records
  • Understand customer needs and suggest accurate product options
  • Explain product features confidently
  • Manage orders, invoices, and coordinate deliveries
  • Ensure after-sales support and customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company professionally and empathetically

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer support (healthcare/retail preferred)
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to quickly learn product details
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, MS Word, Excel & MS Office
  • Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset
  • Must be an Excel expert; candidates without Excel knowledge will not be considered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
