BLMS is looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Development Executive to join our fast-growing U.S. healthcare outsourcing business. If you have experience in medical billing and enjoy a results-driven, people-focused sales environment, this opportunity is for you.
You’ll play a critical role in identifying and engaging potential healthcare clients in the U.S., helping grow our footprint across clinics, private practices, and healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research and identify U.S.-based prospects, including private practices and healthcare clinics.
- Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry networking.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
Sales Enablement
- Assist in crafting customized proposals, pitch decks, and pricing sheets.
- Support or conduct virtual meetings and demos with prospective clients.
- Work closely with senior sales staff to help negotiate and close deals.
Relationship Management
- Stay connected with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service execution.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Provide weekly reports on outreach activity, conversion rates, and lead progression.
Experience
- 6 months to 1 year in sales, business development, or account management within medical billing, SaaS, or healthcare services.
- Exposure to U.S. revenue cycle management (RCM) or healthcare tech is a major plus.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools.
- Knowledge of U.S. medical billing platforms like Kareo, AdvancedMD, or Athenahealth is preferred.
- Understanding of HIPAA and U.S. healthcare compliance is advantageous.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
