Roles & Responsibility

KRA:

● Nurture and engage leads through various inbound marketing channels.

● Identify and qualify leads to create SQLs for the sales team consistently

● Be creative and find new ways to improve conversion rates from Lead to Opportunities

● Contribute innovative ideas to improve customer engagement and lead generation

efforts.

● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inbound marketing and

customer support.

KPI:

● Lead Qualification: Achieve a monthly target of qualified SQLs delivered to the Inbound

Team.

● First Reach out TAT: Ensure a quick response to leads to ensure best experience

● Proactiveness in Initiatives: Innovate to make the process and team much better than

the current process and find ways to do better

Any Specific skill requirement: (If Any)

● Courses would be helpful

● Inbound Growth and Inbound sales (Hubspot)

● Email Marketing

● Cold Calling
