SALARY: 700 USD per month + Bonus

HOURS: 37.5 hours per week,

5 day working week

12:00pm to 8:00pm (30 min break) – UK time

LOCATION: Hybrid – split between Cairo office and home

We are an exciting start up and the UK’s fastest growing franchisor of virtual brands.

We partner with Halal food operators to use their kitchen capacity to increase their

sales and profitability by selling our brands on delivery platforms within their area.


To support our rapid expansion, we are looking for Sales Development

Representatives to join our Egypt team. You will be responsible for driving business

growth by recruiting food operators to become Dish’d franchise partners.

Our Egypt based team has grown rapidly over the last 12 months. There is lots of

opportunity to progress into sales, marketing or operations roles.


What will you do?

  • Cold call food businesses (restaurant and take aways).
  • Obtain contact details for the owner of the business.
  • Make repeated calls until you can speak to the business owner.
  • Provide an overview of the Dish’d offering to the owner. Explain how it can benefit
  • their business and quickly generate interest.
  • Arrange a telephone meeting for the business owner to have a more in depth
  • discussion with a member of the UK sales team.
  • Use our CRM system to effectively manage your pipeline, make calls and give
  • visibility to the wider team of your progress.
  • Identify and prospect leads within target locations.
  • Collaborate closely with the UK sales team.
  • Provide administrative support.


Experience & Skills required:

  • Strong English language skills – written and spoken. Fluent or Professional.
  • Sales experience
  • Drive and energy required to progress the sales cycle
  • Resilience that is required for cold calling
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently always adhering to agreed
  • processes.
  • Strong attention to detail.


Technical requirements

The salary offered factors in the cost of the technical requirements.

Own PC (not to be shared)

Reliable and strong Internet connection 24/7 (whilst home based)

Software: Microsoft Office

Ability to access Gmail, Dropbox, Hubspot


Working pattern

  • 5 days a week
  • 12:00pm to 8:00pm, UK Time. 30 min break
  • Hybrid working; split between Cairo office and home
  • Salary, Bonus and Paid Annual Leave
  • 700 USD per calendar month
  • Additional 350 to 500 USD for every converted lead (a lead that signs a contract
  • with Dish’d)
  • Call and sales targets will be set every quarter
  • 35 days paid annual leave. Unused annual leave will be paid.
