Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our accounting outsourcing business. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our CPA firm client base by generating qualified leads, initiating outreach, and setting up discovery calls.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to small CPA firms and small businesses to generate new business opportunities.
- Perform B2B outreach to understand firm needs and present our outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, and tax support services.
- Qualify leads, schedule discovery calls, and manage follow-up communication to keep prospects engaged.
- Track all outreach activities, leads, and progress using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Send professional follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages to nurture potential clients.
- Build strong relationships with prospects by understanding their pain points and positioning our solutions effectively.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of calls, meetings, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the founder to refine scripts, messaging, and outreach strategies for better results.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills—clear, confident, and professional.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and speaking to decision-makers (owners, partners, managers).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent despite rejection.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and conversations in an organized way.
- Basic familiarity with spreadsheets or CRM software (training can be provided).
- Prior sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Interest in sales, business, marketing, or accounting is a bonus.
- Must be located in the United States.
