Oruba is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to spearhead our international outbound sales efforts and help bring life-changing medical technology to healthcare providers worldwide.

The Opportunity

As our International SDR, you'll be the spearhead of our modern outbound sales motion, opening doors in new markets and building the pipeline that fuels our global growth. You'll work with cutting-edge sales technology to identify, engage, and qualify healthcare decision-makers across the EU and beyond. This isn't your typical SDR role - you'll have the autonomy to test new strategies, the resources to leverage AI-powered tools, and the opportunity to impact how medical care is delivered worldwide directly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns targeting hospitals, clinics, and medical distributors internationally
  • Master modern sales tools, including Clay, Instantly, HeyReach, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists for EU healthcare systems and global distributors
  • Craft personalized, compelling outreach sequences in English (and other languages with AI assistance)
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team with hospital administrators, department heads, and procurement officers
  • Research and map hospital networks, buying processes, and decision-making units
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to identify and engage potential distributors
  • Track, analyze, and optimize outreach metrics to continuously improve conversion rates
  • Stay informed about urology and hospital technology trends across different markets
  • Support trade show and conference outreach strategies


What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of B2B SDR/BDR experience (healthcare/medical device experience is a huge plus)
  • Proven track record of exceeding pipeline generation targets
  • Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 modern outbound tools (Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, etc.)
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level minimum) SDR - Claude 2
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve campaigns
  • Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new tools
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Ankara for full-time, on-site work


Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience selling to healthcare providers or hospitals
  • Additional language skills (German, French, Spanish, or Italian)
  • Understanding of medical device or healthcare technology sales cycles
  • Experience with AI-powered sales tools and automation workflows
  • Knowledge of GDPR and international email compliance
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
  • Natural curiosity about healthcare innovation and medical technology
