About the role:

We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, market research, and high-volume

outreach through calls.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and new opportunities

● Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach

● Prospect and build a strong pipeline for the sales team

● Reach out to prospects, explain offerings, and nurture initial conversations

● Maintain accurate and updated lead/prospect data in CRM tools

● Collaborate with sales team members to convert leads into opportunities

● Continuously learn about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs

Qualifications & Skills:

● 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, prospecting, or tele calling (B2C or

B2B acceptable)

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and work with persistence

● Discipline, cultural fit, and willingness to learn

● Goal-oriented with a proactive approach

● Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling rejections positively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
