Sales Director

Overview

We're looking for a driven Sales Manager to join a rapidly growing global BPO operating across financial services, real estate, and customer service sectors. You'll split your time between our Islamabad office during the week and Dubai on weekends, helping manage client relationships, motivate sales teams, and drive performance across multiple verticals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client relationships across our financial services, real estate, and customer support operations-ensuring full satisfaction and long term partnerships.
• Lead and motivate sales and call centre teams in Islamabad to hit revenue and performance goals.
• Develop sales strategies to grow our client base and expand service offerings.
• Report on performance metrics, campaign ROI, and client feedback.
• Coordinate with Dubai HQ to align targets, implement best practices, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
• Coach and develop team leaders and agents, fostering a performance driven culture.
• Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and strategic discussions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or BPO leadership (financial services or real estate sector experience highly valued).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• A natural communicator-confident in dealing with clients at all levels.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, international environment.
• Flexibility to travel regularly between Islamabad and Dubai.
• Highly organised with a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail.
