Responsible for acquiring corporate clients, event contracts, monthly flower subscription deals, and partnerships with VIPs, hotels, offices, and agencies.Key Responsibilities: - Acquire corporate clients (offices, hotels, clinics, restaurants, real estate companies)- Build monthly flower subscription contracts (MRR)- Manage event companies, wedding planners, and concierge services- Prepare proposals and quotations- Maintain CRM and follow-up pipelines- Deliver monthly revenue growthRequirements: - Strong Dubai sales experience- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Confident and proactive personality- Fluent in EnglishCommission &amp; Salary: - Base Salary: 6,000&ndash;8,000 AED - Commission: 10% on new deals - Recurring commission: 5% for first 6 monthsJob Type: Full-time
