Work closely with the business strategy teams and the top management (including the CEO) to shape the company's expansion roadmap and navigate new market entry strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to

seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Market Development & Competitive Strategy

Analyse regional market trends, customer
needs,
and competitive landscapes to refine sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities.

Develop localized sales playbooks, tailoring approaches based on cultural, economic, and regulatory dynamics.

Encourage innovation and leverage technology to enhance sales performance. customer engagement. and deal conversion rates
Requirements
-
10..-years of progressive sales leadership experience. preferably in real estate, PropTech, Saas, fintech, or high-growth industries.

Extensive experience in working with CRMs to manage teams
-
Proven track record of scaling sales operations, driving revenue growth. and securing large enterprise deals.

Experience leading and managing large sales te3ms
-
Experience in managing P&L and optimising sales performance through data-driven decision-making (Preferred)
-
Deep
understanding of the Saudi and MENA markets, with experience in business expansion, market
entry
strategies, and competitive positioning.

Strong network and relationships within the real
estate,
finance. and government sectors in the MENA region (Preferred)
-
Strong commercial acumen and deal-making expertise. with the ability to negotiate and close complex, high-value contracts.

Arabic language skills

required.
