Job Title: Sales Engineer
Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the manufacturing or industrial equipment sector, with a strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and client relationship management. This role involves identifying customer needs, providing technical solutions, and supporting the sales team to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable equipment, machinery, or process solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients.
Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure technical accuracy in offers and product delivery.
Conduct site visits and provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases when required.
Manage the sales pipeline — from lead generation to order closing and post-sale follow-up.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the industrial sector.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to promote company products and services.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
1–2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the manufacturing, machinery, or industrial equipment sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and process diagrams.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within assigned regions.
Preferred Background:
Experience in industrial machinery, mechanical components, process equipment, or automation systems.
Candidates with solar industry experience are not preferred.
Exposure to B2B sales in manufacturing or engineering environments.
