Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Meets Sales targets for the assigned market(s) through our partners and in accordance with the overall policies and objectives.
  • Builds sales pipeline via customer visits, site visits, training, and sales presentations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Help prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the company’s product portfolio, including technical specifications, features, and applications.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including product specifications, solution designs, and proposal materials.
  • Support site visits and technical assessments to showcase product capabilities and gather customer feedback.
  • Address technical queries from clients and provide clear, accurate information about product features and benefits.
  • Monitor and follow up on each project delivery time.
  • Follow up and support the payment collection process.
  • Provide regular updates to the Product Sales Section Head on technical support activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
  • Document and report any issues or challenges encountered during the sales process to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to the sales team, including organizing meetings, tracking sales activities, and managing technical resources.
  • Assist the sales team by providing technical information and support during the sales process.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to develop technical and sales skills.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree of Engineering
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or a relevant field
  • Excellent English Level
  • Computer skills: CRM, MS Office
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation and negotiation skills.
