About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive for our Hyderabad facility who will be responsible for driving sales of glass-lined equipment and related components by visiting nearby pharmaceutical, chemical, and specialty chemical plants on a regular basis.

This is a field-sales role, ideal for someone who understands industrial equipment and enjoys building strong customer relationships at plant level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit pharmaceutical, chemical, and allied industry plants in the Hyderabad region on a daily basis to generate consistent sales leads.
  • Promote and sell glass-lined equipment and components such as:
  • Glass-lined reactors
  • Agitators
  • Flush-bottom valves
  • Gaskets
  • C-clamps and other accessories
  • Identify customer requirements, share product details, and prepare quotations with the internal team.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through continuous follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Maintain regular communication with plant heads, purchase teams, maintenance teams, and engineering managers.
  • Submit daily visit reports and maintain clear tracking of opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
  • Build a strong understanding of customer pain points to help GAT provide better solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in selling glass-lined equipment or components to pharma/chemical plants is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with knowledge of industrial equipment, even if not experienced, may also apply.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field activities professionally.

Other Requirements

  • Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for field visits.
  • Must be comfortable with daily travel to industrial areas and plants.
  • Should be open to a full-time field job with regular plant visits.
  • Basic understanding of sales reporting and CRM tools (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
