Job Duties:
・Regularly contact and visit new and existing customers to understand needs/issues and explain the company’s IT solutions
・Develop strategies to solve customer issues using SI, network integration, or project management experience
・Meet with business partners (application, network/server, security vendors) to identify optimal solutions
・Prepare solutions and presentations based on customer needs analysis
・Provide product/service presentations and demonstrations directly to customers
・Negotiate pricing, sales terms, and service agreements
・Prepare sales documents required to finalize contracts
・Coordinate application system or network implementation projects with internal engineers and external partners
・Manage implementation schedules in cooperation with internal teams and partners
・Troubleshoot customer system issues with engineering teams and partners
・Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
・Maintain customer records using automated systems
・Report daily sales activities to supervisors in a timely manner
・Conduct research with colleagues to discover new markets and customers

Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Qualifications:
・Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (IT or technical preferred)
・Experience with system integration or project management
・Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
・Networking or programming knowledge (Router, Server, Security, Cloud, C, Java, Python, etc.) a plus
・Strong interpersonal and communication skills
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team
・Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
・English proficiency required

Work Environment & Travel:
・Hybrid work: 3 days per week in office
・Some local travel by car may be required

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
