Key Responsibilities:

Act as the central point of contact for all matters related to SEC operations and communication.

Visit SEC headquarters to follow up on pending approvals, documentation, and inspections.

Coordinate with SEC departments to address technical and logistical requirements.

Schedule and accompany SEC officials during factory visits for material inspections or testing.
-
Ensure all materials are prepared and available for inspection according to SEC standards.

Follow up on all documentation required for the release of materials by SEC.
-
Prepare and submit material release requests, ensuring full compliance with SEC procedures.

Extract material and order information from the ERP system for operational tracking.

Prepare and process accurate invoices for dispatched materials in accordance with SEC billing procedures.

Monitor financial payments collected from SEC and report updates to the Finance Department.

Ensure proper documentation of transactions and coordinate with Accounts for payment reconciliations.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
-
3–7 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in EPC projects involving Transformers, MV, and LV Switchgear.

Strong knowledge of SEC procedures for material inspections, testing, and release certifications.

Capable of tracking and reporting payment status and dispatch records accurately.

Excellent coordination and follow-up skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Strong communication skills for facilitating field visits, resolving pending operations, and aligning departments.

Highly organized and detail-oriented in managing documentation and regulatory tasks.

Adaptable and proactive in handling on-site inspections or urgent field visits
