Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Dubai. The Sales Specialist will actively identify and reach out to potential clients, establish relationships with key decision-makers, and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. Responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting client presentations, identifying customer needs, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing training on products and services to customers and offering solutions to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients and address their needs effectively
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to deliver Training to customers and team members to ensure understanding of products and services
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Relevant experience in a contracting or construction-related field is a plus
• Experience in fitout project sales
• Experience in building renovation sales
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
