Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer (Mechanical) to join our team at Cenlub Systems, Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems along with excellent communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lubrication systems and mechanical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and technical discussions with customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide post-sales support.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, and sales activities in CRM.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, and lubrication systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical drawings/specifications.
• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel for client meetings when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or industrial product sales.
• Experience in lubrication systems or industrial automation (preferred).
