📝 Job Overview

Avanceon is seeking a driven and technically skilled Sales Engineer – Power Business with 1–3 years of relevant experience to expand and support our market presence. This role will focus on the sales and application of power solutions and equipment across various industries. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to identify client needs, develop solutions, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Sales of Power Business portfolio and generation of new business opportunities
  • Interact with customers to understand their requirements
  • Perform site surveys to develop / verify scope of works and BOQ
  • Perform marketing & sales visits to customers to develop and maintain good business
  • relationships
  • Prepare and submit offers to client in timely manner with technically compliant OEM
  • solutions
  • Generate RFQs to OEMs as per client requirements and coordinate with OEM team toobtain proposals
  • Evaluate proposal received from OEM and ensure technical compliance w.r.t client
  • requirements
  • Follow up with customer for timely acquisition of orders
  • Handing Over of orders to execution team as per guidelines
  • Follow up with internal teams for timely delivery of awarded orders/Projects

🌟 Qualification/Requirements

  • Must have a degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 0 – 3 years’ experience in relevant role/function
  • 70 – 80 % travel, customer visits
  • Prior Experience/knowledge of LV & MV Motors & Drives & Power quality solutions is a plus
  • Sound knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, outlook)
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Self-driven, motivated, Team player
  • Residents of KPK and Islamabad are encouraged to apply
