- Engage with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate and explain features and benefits of IT and technology products.
- Drive sales growth through upselling and cross selling opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries, converting them into sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including customer feedback and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on new products and promotions.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team building activities.
- Demonstrate a commitment to learning and adapting to new technologies and sales techniques.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, particularly in IT and technology products.
- Proven experience in showroom sales is a must.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate new products.
- Self motivated, goal oriented, and a team player.
- Strong business etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
