Sales Executive

About the job: Sales Executive (UAE)

Responsibilities:

1. Identify business opportunities by establishing contacts with fleet customer prospects.
2. Analyze sales data to acquire new customers and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
3. Drive sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and generate CRM reports daily to meet weekly call and lead targets.
5. Develop creative strategies to promote and sell our products.
6. Collect, analyze, and summarize reports to optimize sales efforts.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2. At least 2-4 years of experience in customer service; additional experience is an advantage.
3. Proficient in English.
4. Technically independent with good initiative.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong negotiation skills.
7. Hands-on, positive attitude, and team player.
8. High energy and ability to work independently.
9. Ability to work under pressure, with good coordination and multitasking skills.
