Sales Executive

We're Looking for a Strategic Sales Executive! We're expanding our team and seeking a results-driven professional with extensive experience in sales and renewable energy. If you're passionate about sustainability, green energy, and have exceptional negotiation skills, this role is for you! Job Description: As a Strategic Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our client portfolio and optimize sales processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and coordinating strategies to attract new clients and improve client retention;
• Building strong partnerships and leading negotiation processes;
• Collaborating closely with the management team in Romania to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies;
• Implementing and promoting innovative, digital solutions tailored to the dynamic renewable energy industry.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales;
• Excellent command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken;
• Intermediate experience in the renewable energy sector;
• Strategic expertise in sales and digital marketing;
• Strong leadership skills and results-oriented mindset;
• Exceptional planning and organizational abilities;
• Valid driver's license (category B);
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and knowledge in using CRMs and other digital sales management tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Progressive commissions based on performance:
  • 1-10 deals: base salary;
  • 11-15 deals: 3-5% commission per deal;
  • 16+ deals: 6-8% commission per deal;
• Performance bonuses for exceeding sales targets.
