Sales Executive

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree: A bachelor's degree in engineering(such as mechanical) is often a minimum requirenebt and a strong baseline.A businrdd degree combined with demonstrable technical aptitude is also optional.
• Advanced degree : An MBA or a technical master's degree can be beneficial for senior leadership or strategic roles.

Experience:

• Technical Experience: Prior hands-on experience in a technical role, such as a fabrication engineer or project manager, provides the foundational knowledge necessary to understand the products and processes involved.
• Sales Experience: A proven track record in technical sales or a related customer, facing role (e.g, sales engineer, Solutions Engineer) is crucial, with typical rols requiring 5+ years of experience for a managerial position.

Technical Skills:

• Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the specific fabrication processes, materials (steel,plastics,etc.,)products(e.g.,pipes,fittings,comonents),and industry standards(e.g.,ASME,AWS).
• Problem-Solving: The ability to understand complex customer technical challenges and translate them into actionable solutions using your company's offerings.
• Data Analysis: Usng Datato analyze market trends, forecast sales, and track performance.
