Job Purpose

• Generate maximum sales of the product, Nonwoven Bags & other converted products including Nonwoven fabric, agriculture and industrial.

• Detailed reporting to the General Manager.

• Skills: Sound sales and marketing knowledge, particularly in Oman & GCC markets.


Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets based on bag (converted products)/fabric area of expertise or both.

• Regular follow-up on leads until closure with sales orders.

• Follow up with customers for payments.

• In case the product is a converted product (bags, laundry bags, etc.) and is printed, assist the factory team until the design is finalized.

• Coordinate with concern supervisors (factory) to ensure timely delivery.

• Ensure all material produced for a particular customer is fully sold.

• Create and maintain a customer database.

• Analyze and report sales – customer-wise.

• Increase sales volume as well as the customer base.

• Try to get larger order sizes for color products or printed products.

• Study regular moving sizes and products, and advise the factory to maintain adequate stock.

• Regularly follow up with customers for orders.

• Coordinate with the factory for raw material stocks for new colors before dispatch date commitments.

• Convey customer feedback promptly to the factory team to continuously improve quality and customer trust.

• Get updated information on competitor social media presence and coordinate with the team to improve the company’s online presence in the market.

• Update daily activities with the General Manager and attend weekly and monthly meetings to improve sales.


Preferred Candidate

• Candidate with 3–5 years of experience as a sales executive in packaging/FMCG or an equivalent field.

• Preference for candidates holding a valid Oman driving license.
