Sales Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

A leading Construction Company in Dubai is looking to hire a Sales Executive / Business Development Officer to help expand our client base and bring new projects to the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales within the construction industry in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the local market (Dubai & UAE).
• Must have a good network of contacts with contractors, consultants, developers, and clients.
• Proven ability to generate leads, secure projects, and achieve monthly targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and construction projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with technical teams within the company.
• Follow up with clients until the contract is secured and handed over.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
