Sales Executive – Aftermarket

Our diversified portfolio includes sectors such as Automotive, Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Logistics. We are currently seeking a “Sales executive- Aftermarket ” to join our Automotive parts Business in Dubai.

Job Purpose:

This role involves driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service in the automotive aftermarket industry in both LOCAL RE-EXPORTERS and EXPORTS/INTERNATIONAL MARKETS.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of aftermarket auto parts business and a strong sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the aftermarket sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow revenue and market share. Client

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and approach potential customers to expand the client base.

Product Knowledge & Promotion:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of aftermarket products, their applications, and benefits.
  • Educate clients on product offerings, provide technical support, and recommend appropriate solutions. Market Analysis & Business Development:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide insights to management to refine sales strategies and product offerings.

Order Management & Coordination:

  • Ensure timely processing of customer orders and coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for on-time delivery.
  • Address and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales within the Aftermarket auto parts industry, with a proven track record in EXPORTS/International markets.
  • Should have tangible/proven contacts in Africa/ CIS and other regions/ countries
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of aftermarket products and industry trends is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Part number knowledge will be added qualification
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
