About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our Study in Germany programs and German language training courses. The role involves student counselling, lead management, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell German Education Programs and German Language Courses (A1–B2 levels).
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp queries, emails, and social media leads.
- Counsel students about opportunities in Germany, course options, eligibility, and pathways.
- Explain course details, fee structure, timelines, and benefits confidently.
- Maintain strong follow-up with potential students and drive conversions.
- Work with the marketing team to execute outreach campaigns and promotional activities.
- Update CRM systems and maintain proper student data.
- Participate in seminars, online sessions, and promotional events when required.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s revenue goals.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing ability and customer-centric approach.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
- Basic understanding of overseas education (Germany preferred) — not mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (training provided).
- Good follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation mandatory (any stream).
- Freshers welcome; structured training will be provided.
- Experience in sales, telesales, counselling, or education industry is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
