We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, persuasive, and passionate about building strong customer relationships. You will receive a fixed basic salary plus an attractive 15% commission on every successful sale.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records in CRM.
Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (field sales or tele-sales preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Goal-oriented and comfortable working on performance-based compensation.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM familiarity is an advantage).
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.

Compensation:
Basic Salary: Competitive and based on experience.
Commission: 15% on every closed sale—paid monthly.
Additional performance bonuses and incentives may be offered.
