Sales Executive (Russian & English Speaking)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual Russian & English-speaking Post-Sales/After-Sales Executive to support customers after vehicle purchase. The role involves coordinating service appointments, ensuring smooth vehicle handovers, managing customer concerns, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. UAE automotive experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Communication
• Assist Russian and English-speaking customers with all post-sales inquiries.
• Coordinate service appointments and follow up on repair or maintenance progress.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
• Provide accurate information on warranty, service guidelines, and maintenance schedules.
Delivery & Handover Support
• Support new vehicle delivery by preparing required documents and ensuring all accessories/features are explained clearly.
• Conduct after-delivery follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction.
Customer Satisfaction & Quality
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, especially for Russian-speaking clients.
• Record and escalate feedback to improve after-sales service delivery.
• Support CRM team in monitoring and improving CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
Sales & Service Support
• Promote extended warranties, service packages, and maintenance contracts.
• Follow up on pending payments, renewals, and customer reminders.
• Assist sales and service teams with customer coordination and internal communication.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Mandatory: Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in automotive after-sales, customer service, or service coordination (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, warranty processes, and service operations.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
