- Lead Generation: Canvass residential neighborhoods to identify and qualify potential customers for solar energy solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Initiate conversations at the door, build rapport quickly, and educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy.
- Needs Assessment: Evaluate customer energy usage, roof conditions, and suitability for solar systems.
- Product Presentation: Explain solar products, financing options, incentives, warranties, and installation processes in a simple and compelling way.
- Overcoming Objections: Address customer concerns effectively and provide accurate information to build trust.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule in-home or virtual consultations for energy specialists or closers.
- Sales Closing (if full-cycle role): Create proposals, present system designs, and guide customers through contract signing.
- Territory Management: Plan and organize daily routes to maximize door-knocking efficiency.
- CRM/Data Entry: Track leads, update customer information, and report daily activity metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, share strategies, and support overall sales goals.
- Compliance: Follow all local regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
