Job brief

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who’ll lead all our marketing activities from

offline to online and creative projects.

Ultimately, you will run our Marketing department in ways that promote higher

profitability and competitiveness.

Responsibilities

1. Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising,

Communications and Creative department.

2. Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.

3. Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing.

efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).

4. Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer persons.

5. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

6. Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans.

7. Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features) .

8. Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness .

9. Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.

Requirements and skills

1. Experience running successful marketing campaigns, PR, etc.

2. Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google AdWords.

3. Experience in working with Add agencies.

4. Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.

5. Analytical mind.

6. Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or relevant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
