We’re now expanding our Sales team and looking for passionate, persuasive, and high-performing Sales Executives to help us grow our membership base and strengthen our global impact.
Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with members, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. The role involves designing and executing strategies for membership acquisition and retention, presenting solutions to potential members, and fostering meaningful partnerships to support AMCOB’s goals. The Sales Executive will also contribute to the planning and promotion of AMCOB events and services.
Qualifications:
· Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship building, and closing sales.
· Identify, connect, and engage with potential members via LinkedIn, calls, and emails.
· Present AMCOB’s value proposition clearly and confidently to business owners and decision-makers.
· Proficiency in strategic planning and demonstrating an analytical approach to identifying growth opportunities.
· Maintain a structured sales pipeline and achieve monthly conversion targets.
· Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
· Ability to work independently in a remote setup while achieving key performance targets.
· Knowledge of the business landscape, networking best practices, and experience with CRM tools.
· Proven ability to collaborate with diverse professionals and build long-lasting partnerships.
· A strong understanding of the business needs and challenges of the Muslim community is a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field preferred.
· Demonstrated experience in organizing and promoting business events or conferences is beneficial.
What We're Looking For:
· 2+ years of telesales experience in the US market (B2B experience preferred).
· Proven ability to communicate, persuade, and close confidently on virtual platforms.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
· Experience with CRM systems and structured sales reporting is a plus.
· A people-person — energetic, confident, and empathetic with a natural ability to connect.
· Bachelor’s degree (minimum required).
