Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in customers, understand their needs, and present suitable product options.
  • Sales Conversion: Demonstrate product features, explain pricing, and close sales effectively.
  • Lead Management: Generate new leads through outreach, referrals, and field follow-ups.
  • Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with potential customers to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated with product features, specifications, and installation procedures.
  • Documentation: Assist in preparing quotations, sales invoices, and order confirmations.
  • Team Support: Coordinate with the supervisor, manufacturing, and warehouse teams for order processing.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in retail or field sales (doors & windows industry is a plus).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Basic computer and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle customers professionally.
