Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in choosing jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
• Display excellent product knowledge across gold, diamond, and silver jewellery.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain showroom displays, stock arrangement, and cleanliness.
• Handle billing, exchanges, and customer queries with professionalism.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through trust and service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales (preferably jewellery).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to work in shifts and on weekends if required.
