Job Description: Business Development Executive – Field Sales
Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting clients in person, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field sales visits to meet prospective clients across Mumbai.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and on-ground activities.
- Pitch products/services effectively and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, visits, and client interactions.
- Provide regular market feedback to the management team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales or business development (preferred 1–3 years).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Good understanding of the Mumbai market is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
