Sales Executive

6The Skin Product Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling skincare products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to provide personalized skincare recommendations to customers.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Customer Engagement

• Promote and sell skincare products at the counter, clinic, pharmacy, or retail store.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate proper product usage and skincare routines.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

2. Product Knowledge & Consultation

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all skincare products, ingredients, and benefits.
• Explain product features, usage instructions, and expected results.
• Stay updated on new launches, trends, and skincare techniques.

3. Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service and handle queries professionally.
• Build strong relationships with regular customers.
• Address concerns regarding skin type, allergies, and product selection.

4. Visual Merchandising & Display

• Ensure products are well-displayed, clean, and properly stocked.
• Assist in setting up promotional displays and marketing materials.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily sales records and update management on performance.
• Track customer feedback and suggest improvements.
• Assist in inventory management and stock audits.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in skincare, cosmetics, beauty retail, or pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic understanding of skin types and skincare ingredients (preferred).
• Ability to confidently demonstrate products.
• Goal-oriented, energetic, and professional attitude.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Office.
