We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys meeting new people, understands customer needs, and can drive revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and online research
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare and share sales reports, proposals, and quotations
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, support) for successful deal closure
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, or meetings for lead generation (if required)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of English, Hindi, and local languages
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, email communication, and MS Office
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings if needed

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Prior exposure to tech, SaaS, furniture/office solutions, or digital services
  • Understanding of online lead-generation channels
