Position: Sales Executive – Hospitality Tech (Hepi)

Location: Bangalore and Goa - Onsite

About Hepi

Hepi is a smart in-room guest engagement and marketing platform for hotels. We help hotels use their guest room TVs to promote services, increase revenue, and deliver a better guest experience with IPTV, OTT, and digital ordering built-in.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales of Hepi TV – our digital in-room entertainment and guest experience platform for hotels and resorts.
The ideal candidate should have a hospitality background and a strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, and technology-driven solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard potential hotel clients for Hepi TV.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and discussions with hotel management and decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with hotel GMs, IT heads, owners, and purchase teams.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Hepi TV solutions.
  • Follow up consistently until deal closure.

Product Knowledge & Demonstration

  • Explain Hepi TV features, technical flow, and product benefits clearly.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for installation and support.
  • Must be comfortable and willing to travel frequently for client meetings and demo sessions.

Market Research

  • Track competitor products and market trends.
  • Identify new opportunities within the hospitality sector.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain sales activities in CRM.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate with service delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related fields.
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales (hospitality tech, SaaS, or hotel industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical products in simple terms.
  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis for demos and client visits.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer-handling ability.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in hotel operations, OTA sales, PMS/POS/Hotel tech sales, or hospitality solutions.
  • Good understanding of hotel IT infrastructure and guest experience systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
