Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive (1–2 years’ experience) to join our Karachi team. In this role, you will work with leads sourced from platforms such as Bark, Meta Leads, LinkedIn, and our internal pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be to close deals, onboard new clients, and meet monthly sales targets — playing a crucial role in Markeltree’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert provided leads (Bark, Meta Leads, LinkedIn) into clients; no cold outreach required.
  • Manage the full sales process: client communication, proposal delivery, negotiation & deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate client and sales data in CRM / lead-tracking sheets.
  • Work independently (standalone role) but align with company targets and timelines.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets defined by management.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and closed deals.
  • Collaborate with the operations / delivery team to ensure smooth transition once a client is onboarded.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 1–2 years of proven sales experience.
  • Fluent English (oral and written), with excellent communication and consultative-selling skills.
  • Experience closing deals with international clients — especially US-based companies.
  • Basic understanding of software development services and IT offerings.
  • Strong follow-up, negotiation, and client-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects/clients.

Details

  • Type: Full-Time, On-site
  • Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday
  • Work Location: Suite 102-103, Zulekha Trade Center, Sharfabad, Karachi
  • Salary Range: PKR 150,000 – PKR 250,000 (depending on experience)
  • Incentives & Commissions: Yes — incentives and project-based commissions upon meeting targets.
