Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for finding new potential clients, pitching our products, visiting construction sites, and but not limited to making quotations/estimates. The ideal candidates should have past experience in sales preferably in construction industry, strong marketing skills, innovative approach, good speaking skills, and basic computer knowledge. A Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and vendor visits.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Pitch our products to customers in a detailed and convincing manner.
  • Measure the areas and understand the design provided by the client.
  • Make quotations/estimates based on the product required.
  • Handle complaints or objections from the clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, etc.).
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong marketing skills.
  • Quick learning and thinking.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales role is mandatory and is preferred if the role has been in construction industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
