Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the luxury real estate segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and build strong client relationships through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Understand clients’ property requirements and provide suitable investment options.
  • Conduct property visits and presentations for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies.
  • Negotiate deals and ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Maintain a database of client information and sales records.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and problem-solving ability.
