Sales Executive

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations. - Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. - Identify new sales opportunities and market trends to contribute to business growth. - Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive or similar sales role. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment. - Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
