Job Purpose:
To increase sales of airline tickets and travel services by handling customer inquiries, providing suitable travel options, issuing bookings, and building strong relationships with clients to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable flight and travel package options.

Make reservations using
GDS systems
such as
Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre
(as per company system).

Prepare and send quotations and travel packages to customers in a clear and professional manner.

Follow up with customers to close sales and increase conversion rates.

Process payments, issue tickets, invoices, and ensure data accuracy.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients to increase retention and repeat sales.

Stay updated on airline promotions, offers, and changes.

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Prepare regular sales reports and submit them to management.

Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and boost sales.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism & Travel, Marketing, or related fields.

Previous experience in
airline, travel agency, or ticketing
(1–3 years preferred).

Hands-on experience using
GDS reservation systems
.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Good command of English (additional languages are a plus).

Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office applications.
