Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various channels including digital platforms, brokers, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective buyers.
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and project features.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, price quotations, and payment plans.
- Convert potential leads into confirmed bookings and close sales within deadlines.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients for documentation and post-sale support.
- Ensure proper documentation and coordination with CRM and legal teams.
- Provide periodic reports to the management on sales performance and market feedback.

- Familiarity with local property laws and RERA guidelines is an advantage.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional language is a plus.
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork and conducting client site visits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
