Talent Manager Bridging Talent with Exceptional Opportunities Marketing & Creatives Responsibilities
- Independently identify new retail opportunities and support partnership development
- Responsible for all sales channel development aside from retail channel development such as B2B corporate sales, Pop up sales, eCommerce sales, and self run retail store sales
- Visit and manage sales outlets/retailers to promote company products and achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for product launches and promotions
- Assist in planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Support marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales
Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in retail or sales operations
- Holder of a valid driving licence with a clean driving record
- Good understanding of local retail markets and/or anime IP markets
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Preferably has worked within the retail industry before and has connections with retailers/retail chains for establishing business networks
