Job Description

As Easmed continues to push boundaries to transform healthcare through medical education and delivering our promise to create a better life for all and raising the standards of medical care, we are seeking to recruit Product Specialist/Sales Executive with experience in medical devices sales for ENT-neuro.

Responsible for promoting and supporting Easmed's range of medical diagnostics and therapy equipment to the medical professionals to build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to support the business growth of the Division.

Specifically, you will

  • Prospect, develop, and drive sales plan to grow the division.
  • Conduct product demonstrations/presentations to medical professionals.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through building strong customer relationships, product support, and services.
  • Manage product portfolio sales strategies to improve market shares and profitability of the business, through sales mapping, pre-call planning, and post-sales review and follow-up.
  • Provide competitor information and market intelligence and assist the Sales Manager in the development of relevant sales and marketing strategies.
  • Coverage areas include hospital clinics, wards, emergency departments, and operating theatres.
Requirements
  • Minimum tertiary qualification in Biomedical Engineering, Business or Science.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience with a strong track record in the medical device industry.
  • Sales experience in the area of ENT-neuro OR sleep/respiratory is crucial.
  • A highly results-driven and strategic individual who can think outside the box.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
