About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of expanding our restaurant partner network. Your mission is to identify and onboard exceptional dining venues-ranging from independent gems to emerging hospitality groups-into our ecosystem. You'll introduce our suite of solutions designed to help restaurants enhance visibility, streamline operations, and grow sustainably.

This role is ideal for driven sales professionals with a strong track record in outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals. You'll operate with autonomy, strategic thinking, and a passion for helping businesses thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and prospect high-quality restaurants through outbound efforts, referrals, and strategic targeting.
  • Lead outreach via calls, emails, site visits, and meetings to present our dining solutions.
  • Develop tailored proposals that address business needs and demonstrate clear ROI.
  • Manage the full sales cycle-from lead qualification and pipeline prioritization to contract negotiation and signing.
  • Maintain high pipeline hygiene, ensuring timely engagement and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with onboarding, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handovers and successful partner launches.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, forecast accurately, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on F&B trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to refine your approach.
Essential Qualifications
  • Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, hospitality, or F&B services.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong pipeline management and CRM proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
