We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will drive business growth by building strong client relationships and promoting our products and services to meet their operational needs. As a B2B Sales Executive, you will focus on expanding our presence in sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, industrial, Hajj & Umrah, and procurement. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment with significant potential for career growth.

- Hospitality Industry: Hotels, resorts, and lodging facilities

As a Sales Executive at RHT - Beyond Linen, you will offer:
Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E):
- Bed Linen

- Towels, bathrobes, bath mats (high absorbency, long-lasting quality).
- F&B Linen
- Tablecloths, napkins, runners (customizable and stain-resistant).
- Beddings
- Mattress protectors, pillows, duvets, toppers.
- Guest Amenities
- Toiletries, slippers, room accessories.
- Mattresses
- Spring, foam, hybrid types tailored for comfort and durability.
- Uniforms
- Corporate Uniforms: Formal and stylish attire.
- Healthcare Uniforms: Scrubs, lab coats, antibacterial fabrics.
- Hospitality Uniforms: Front desk, housekeeping, kitchen wear.
- Industrial Uniforms: Durable workwear for harsh environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting hotel, healthcare, and Hajj & Umrah sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities via networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Build strong relationships with key clients to promote products and services.
- Conduct market analysis and adapt strategies to industry trends.
- Deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to enhance performance.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Generate performance reports and sales forecasts.
- Ensure timely delivery of customer samples to build trust.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Health Services Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM or ERP systems (Odoo preferred).

Salary Range:
- Basic Pay: 4,000 - 5,000 SAR per month (based on qualifications and experience).
- Commission: Attractive structure based on team targets achieved.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid KSA driver’s license.
- Iqama Status: Valid and transferrable.
