Senior Fleet Sales Executive - Ashok Leyland (Commercial Vehicles) Overview

The role holder is responsible for creating long term relationships with customers, overseeing a portfolio of assigned clients, increasing customer satisfaction, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new sales opportunities to achieve assigned sales, revenue, and net profitability targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop long term relationships with a portfolio of key clients.
• Acquire sales leads and convert them into sales.
• Gain a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
• Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their evolving needs and objectives.
• Ensure products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
• Resolve issues and challenges faced by customers and handle complaints to maintain trust.
• Play an integral role in generating new sales with long term prospects.
• Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
• Update relevant systems for contracts, renewals, expiries, pending terminations, deliveries, sales activities and other details.
• Achieve retention and growth targets for existing customers as per the business plan.
• Meet assigned revenue and vehicle unit growth targets.
• Coordinate with customers for payment follow up and overdue recovery.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a related role, preferably in a rental company in the UAE.
• Strong technical competencies relevant to the position.
