Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach new B2B customers in assigned territories or sectors.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Promote and explain company products, features, and benefits to customers.
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely delivery and service.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales visits, enquiries, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business, Marketing, or related field).
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial products.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
