Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach new B2B customers in assigned territories or sectors.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Promote and explain company products, features, and benefits to customers.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely delivery and service.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales visits, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business, Marketing, or related field).
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
