Job Description – Sales Executive (Credit Cards)

We are looking for dynamic and driven professionals to join our team as Sales Executives for Credit Cards.

• Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of banking sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Good understanding of market trends and customer needs.
• Self-motivated individuals who can work independently and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Promote and sell retail banking products, primarily credit cards.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and market developments.
• Drive conversions through effective customer engagement and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets consistently.
• Maintain strong relationships through regular customer follow-ups and networking.
